Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
In General:
-Provide engineering design drawings and technical support to sales departments for
governmental and commercial marine, power generation and industrial application
- Responsible for the compilation and archiving of sales brochures, technical
documentation, drawings, and filing required for project inquiry and contract requirements
In details:
-Undertakes the planning, design and drafting of layout and other related working
drawings as required for projects.
-Carries out basic calculations, estimates and other project work upon request.
-Assists in the overseeing of on-going projects, site survey and carries out follow-up
actions whenever required.
-Assists in the coordination and checking of scope of work carried out by subcontractors
and items delivered by the suppliers.
-Assists in the checking of plant installation and interface drawings from customer.
- Compilation of technical specifications, product catalogues and other relevant
technical publications.
-Operates all drafting equipment and ensures its proper care and maintenance
„h Maintains and updates all drawings with revisions status.
„h Works with external document filing company for CD archiving of order files
„h Produce CD-ROM, sales brochures, and drawings within time schedule
KPI¡¦s:
-Drawings, documents, catalogues and brochures (softcopy or hardcopy) generated
should be on time and in accordance with company standards.
-Calculations for project work should be precises and accurate.
-On-site works must be done according to regulations and safety standards.
-Coordination with subcontractors and customers should be timely according to project
schedule.
-Drafting and printing equipment must be properly maintained accordingly to manufacturer
guidelines.
