Job Description
The Pre-Sales Manager is responsible for providing technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers on Microsoft M365, Azure Cloud, Security, On-premise Solution, Managed Services and Complimentary solutions. The Pre-Sales Manager is also responsible to drive the team forward with suitable strategies.
- Establish relationship with direct customers, and grow the team to articulate the services portfolio, and drive digital transformation discussion with customer.
- To provide the architecture and design solutions to meet customers functional and non-functional requirements
- Involved in selecting and training team members.
- Monitor all leads and all aspects of the technical sales team. Advises & trains the team and clients, on overall solutions.
- Joint presentations and design architecture diagrams with team members to present solutions to customer executives
- Develop long lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients by instilling trust and confidence
- Work directly with Microsoft & others vendors to setup GTM plan, business strategy & sales programme.
- Provide knowledge transfer to the delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery
Qualifications
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure solutions & integrations solution.
- Industry expertise of strategic sectors
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Experience on managing the team of Presales.
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
