Job Description
Must have hands-on experience with both the Foundational and Advanced Modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (F&O)
Relevant Technical Skills: Minimum 5 – 7 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP using both its Foundational and Advanced Modules. Experience in Microsoft D365 F&O is preferred, but Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 experience is a must Microsoft Certifications for Microsoft Dynamics ERP is also highly valued. Need to be proficient in configuration, identifying customizations and documentation creation.
Requirements
• 5+ years doing business process reengineering and business process development
• 5+ years working directly with clients, leading requirement gathering sessions, advising on how best to implement and maintain complex projects, translating needs and requirements into solutions and ensuring traceability and continuity are there throughout the project
• 5+ years implementation support – configuring solutions using workflow technology to automate business processes
• 3+ years working with the Advanced Warehouse Management modules
• 3+ years working with the handheld capabilities and the warehouse work creation process
• Excellent communicator - demonstrated experience standing in front of a room to either identify and collect requirements or to guide training and help users become confident working with the latest technology
• Experience in documenting business requirements and interpreting them into functional requirements.
• 2+ years of experience and advanced domain knowledge in one or more vertical industries: manufacturing, financial services, government, legal, healthcare, property management
• Always keeping current with the latest releases and updates in Dynamics technologies
• Exposure to enterprise planning and delivery tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
