Job Description
More than 5 years of techno-functional CRM Dynamics experience in terms of development configuration, perform administrator tasks, system support, plan and gather functional requirement, stakeholder management etc.
Will be good to know Chinese as many clients’ data is in Chinese but not the highest priority. Knowledge of PowerBI will be highly regarded.
Knowledge of other CRM tools will be advantageous but not a must. Not an official JD but these are key points for the role
