Job Description

 Provide level one and level two tech support

·      Resolution SLA

·      Tasks/Minor Enhancements

·      Solution Update

·      Enhance SOPS

·      Primarily technical support with skills related to

·      (i) OS Linux Cron job, scripting, basic shell debugging 

·      (ii) Oracle database PLSQL debugging,

·      SQLPLUS basic queries, metadata analysis, researching DB level objects.
