Role Overview:
 Participate in full software development lifecycle and write code that is
maintainable, clear, and concise.

to all required stake holders
 Take/initiate appropriate corrective action based on the finding with required stake
holders/ vendors
 Responsible to ensure the basic hygiene of NOC tools echo system.
 Identify the areas of improvement and take pro-active approach to address the
identified areas by means of automation / process modifications / documentation /
trainings
 Create the resource plan / roaster and ensure the availability required resources in
all shifts.

Skills and Background
The ideal candidate would have worked in a product organisation and on transaction
processing intensive systems. (S)he would be passionate about technology and impact on
peoples’ lives. Experience in the financial services industry would be a plus.

You would always be hands on and need to have the ability to get into design and code
whenever required. While below are some of the skill sets that are indicative we would expect
you to be technology agnostic and have the ability to use any apt stack as required.
 Development (Code)
o Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot and other related backend technologies
o Multi-threading, Spring IOC (Dependency Injection), Spring JDBC, Transaction
Management and Caching frameworks
o Junit/REST-Assured/JMeter and other Testing frameworks
o Good understanding of UI concepts, techniques, frameworks
o Developing, deploying and supporting RESTFUL services using Spring
o Worked on refactoring monolith to microservices architecture
 Development Practices
o Experience in working in an Agile Development Environment
o Expert in testing thoughts – BDD, TDD
o CI/CD integral to development
o Deployment automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins or equivalent)
o Understands version control and branching strategies
 Infrastructure
o Good working knowledge of Linux or any other Unix based operating system
o With deep focus on transaction processing DB expertise – RDBMS and no-SQL
critical
 Security
o Security best practices to be inherent in the SDLC process (OWASP 10 or
similar)
 Add-ons
o Message Broker : RabbitMQ or equivalent
o ESB: Using Mule, Apache Camel
