About the internship:
As an HR intern at V Mart Retail Limited, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in various HR functions, especially capability development, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

This Agreement is BETWEEN SRKay Consulting Group , “IndiQube Park Plaza, 4th Floor 465/C1, CTS - 1085, Ganeshkhind Road, next to Central Mall, Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411005.”, here inafter referred to as "SCIKEY", AND I, here-in-after referred to as “SCIKEY Referral Partner” or “Referral Partner” (which expression shall, unless repugnant to the subject or context, shall mean and include its successors, assigns, legal heirs and administrators) of the OTHER PART.

WHEREAS SCIKEY, inter alia, has developed and created a marketplace that offers the eco-system to various stakeholders involved in the overall corporate recruitment process such as a candidate, potential employer (SCIKEY’s client) and staffing or recruitment agencies or individual professionals who help the organisations achieve their recruitment needs through the online platforms under SCIKEY.ai (the “Portal”).

WHEREAS Referral Partner has approached SCIKEY and has expressed their keen desire to be appointed as one of the SCIKEY Referral Partners to undertake the responsibility of providing candidate referrals, and relevant information of the respective candidates (“Data”), or to offer the resources on contract basis to SCIKEY’s client through SCIKEY as per the requirement, and to offer ancillary services such as facilitate in arranging or conducting the Interviews, training and counselling the candidates and any other incidental or ancillary services required by SCIKEY from time to time as may be more specifically agreed by the parties on the Portal or under the applicable Work Order as the case may be (the “Services”). Referral Partner has also represented that they have necessary manpower and experience in the Services, and they possess the financial capabilities to perform the above functions and such other functions as may be assigned to them by SCIKEY from time to time.
