- Expert in niche hiring in both IT and non IT requirements.
- Highly Proactive and aggressive attitude towards closure of requirements
- Good communication and interviewing skills
- Good negotiation and offer closure skills
- Able to manage stakeholders and give them insight around the requirement
- Good and accurate in her work good experience in MS Excel, reporting and MS word
- Ready to work on week-ends if required
- Available to join immediately at a short notice
- Experience in taking Induction and on boarding, accurate in preparing offer letter. Comfortable with ATS system
- A good individual contributor to team
- Able to present Market intelligence report
