Job Description
  •  

    Main responsibilities and tasks:

    Overview

    BC is looking for an HR Analyst to join our team and help our organization optimize the performance of our HR systems in maintaining the system, implementing (process) improvements, ensuring data quality, and analyzing and reporting on the data in the HRIS (SuccessFactors)

    • Responsible for various Global HR KPIs, monthly global reports and HR and Finance interface for FTE reporting, including commenting on FTE variances etc.
    • Responsible for various reporting for Global HR Processes status like Performance, Goals, Calibration etc., Annual Reporting – Sustainability, adhoc reporting request etc.
    • Suggests and drives improvements in data flow, quality reporting, and processes
    • Demonstrates HR data quality improvements globally
    • Work towards processes that allow local HR to manage data input (at source). Handles the data inputting support for small BCx units for SuccessFactors
    • Support HR analyst in change management initiatives related to SuccessFactors and HR data quality
    • Support in preparing training material and conducting training for HR community
    • Supports HR headquarter with various requests on SuccessFactors issues and Reporting
    • Support standardization and digitization of reporting wherever possible
    • Support in organizing and moderating monthly HR Webinars for HR Community
    • Ensures data protection standards are upheld at any time

     

    Education/ experience / languages:

    • College or University degree in human resources
    • 5 – 10 year of experience in HR department
    • Strong process knowledge of all key HR processes
    • Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail
    • Demonstrated process and operational improvements and management of related change management activities
    • Knowledge and experience related to process documentation design, process mapping, and presentation of workflow processes
    • Demonstrate strong relationship building skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
    • Excellent MS office skills
    • Knowhow of SuccessFactors and preferably other workflow technology is a plus.

    Personal / Language skills:

    • Strongly dependable personality
    • Strong presentation, written, communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, flexible, supportive, and adaptive to change
    • Perform well under pressure and demonstrate adaptability in managing unexpected situations
    • English language
