Job Description
Job Purpose
- To support Sales & Distribution on assigned areas with KPI on sales target
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, execute & monitor effectiveness of sales strategy and promotion plan to support expansion of U Mobile product & services in assigned areas / territories
- Work closely with distributors & managing dealers’ portfolio in the respective areas / territories
- Aggressively build and drive the growth of U Mobile dealers in the respective areas / territories
- To drive sales team to meet designated area / territory sales performance in meeting department prepaid & postpaid sales target
- To proactively manage inter-department requirements and communication in order to meet sales objectives as well as optimising support resources
Key Experiences and Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree or equivalent in any field
- Aggressive and target driven
- At least 6 years of sales experience in Telco / FMCG related environment with minimum 3 years of experience in sales team management
- Sales driven with good track record
- Possess own transport with a valid driving license
- Willing to travel
