Job Description
- Manages all areas of direct mail, electronic marketing, sales collateral, public relations, and advertising to target markets.
- Preparing articles to be published in print and online media and all other online presence of the company.
- Planning and preparing for all the upcoming exhibitions where the company would be participating and co-ordinating between the relevant agencies for smooth and efficient implementation of booth construction and all related activities pertaining to the company’s presence at the exhibition venue.
- Co-ordinating with Quality / Production department for designing and arranging all technical data along with technical drawings for creation of technical datasheets of products.
- Draft letters / mailers and any other forms of communication to be used by all the departments of the company and also responsible for regularising all the content related to internal as well as external communication across various departments.
- Coordinate with website developer and update website data.
- Develop & refine brand messaging, value proposition, brand voice, and marketing proof points.
- Work alongside the product team to brand and message new products, product features, drive successful product launches, and support the sales team.
- Participates in the preparation of the annual marketing plan; administers and measures goals and manages budget associated with all communications and marketing activities.
- Present corporate response to various incidents.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns throw innovative ideas to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Managing and handling of media relations and management.
- Unify, create and execute content strategy across channels.
- Supports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization.
- Ultimately build and lead a small but highly effective marketing communications team.
