Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Draft, vet and negotiate various commercial agreements.
▪ Assist in legal, compliance and corporate affairs of the company.
▪ Provide legal and compliance support to all internal stakeholders in managing risk.
▪ Analyze and review company’s legal/compliance framework to mitigate legal/compliance risk.
▪ Assist Head of Division and Management in any other matters.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
▪ Possess LLB Degree
▪ Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the legal firm or in-house counsel
▪ Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) / Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) will be an added advantage
▪ Well versed in compliance knowledge will be an added advantage
▪ Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written
