Job Description
Performance Marketing & Campaign Manager – Responsible to drive performance marketing planning and execution including affiliate marketing program, campaigns, media budget allocation, optimization strategy and campaign analysis for Online digital media channels in order to drive optimized marketing performance (in traffic, user acquisition and sales)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end performance marketing planning and execution including affiliate marketing program, campaigns, budget allocation,, optimization strategy, and campaign analysis for the Online digital media channels to ensure traffic management, user acquisition and engagement
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing program, digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Produce briefs for digital agencies or other third party involved to deliver the execution of e-commerce campaigns on digital platform including media planning for relevant campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize performance marketing budget, performance, affiliate marketing program and key metrics such as ROAS and CAC followed by building tactical or counter proposal to reach the business objectives within the budget
- Provide weekly / monthly performance report and recommendation using data to drive better campaign through a test and learn approach
- Work closely with operation team to ensure marketing campaigns are carried out timely and in line with business objectives and optimized budget in order to drive desired ROI.
- Ensure successful planning, execution and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic and own media channels.

Key requirements
- Degree / Diploma in digital Marketing, marketing Communications or equivalent
- Must possess minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with proven track record in digital and performance marketing planning for ecommerce player.
- Excellent communicator: must be highly proficient in Ms. Word, PowerPoint, and Ms. Excel, which will be necessary in the creation not only verbally but visually engaging branding materials, reports, and presentations.
Operating Skills
- Subject matter expert in performance marketing and digital marketing for ecommerce field.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ad Manager, Affiliate marketing platforms
- Experiences using Apps flyer and other app analytics is a plus
- Demonstrated expertise of digital marketing and content management principles, including marketing strategy, content and editorial strategy, workflow and analytics, SEO, SEM and use of metadata
- Strong analytical skills and ability to tackle complex problems with hands-on project management skills
- Passionate about the work; Must be hands-on and detailed in approach, with ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Can-do positive attitude, team oriented, with excellent innovation & problem-solving skills
- Curious, with a learning attitude, keeps up to date with latest technologies and social media trends to innovate and to test and learn
