Ensure delivery of daily operation data in a timely and accurate manner based on countries' requirements.
Align resources to delivery requirements and in accordance with expected volumes and fluctuations.
Balance operational requirements against resources allocated.
Deliver training needs required to ensure the development of agents.
Manage and motivate agents.
Establish relationships with stakeholders, communicating and coordinating to ensure objectives and expectations are met.
Coordinate shift operations to meet operational demands.
Coordinate with supervisors to determine resource requirements and allocation in accordance with the operational requirements.
Monitor performance to ensure service procedures and performance standards are met and implemented.
Ensure security of daily running of shifts with a good operational environment.

Top Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be willing to work on rotating shift pattern.
Strong team player with the ability to build rapport and have a good working relationship with all levels.
Experienced in a supervisory or managerial role is a must.
Good people management skills.
Good communication and analytical skills.
