Job Description
As a Project Manager (Business Analyst), you’ll be responsible for all aspects of cross-disciplinary execution and data management. You’ll work with and manage technology platforms & vendors, and collaborate with internal and external teams to maximize efficiencies within the service delivery programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forward-thinking and resourceful in scoping, defining & prioritizing critical business needs & requirements, and able to work fluidly with abstract and granular level of details
- Preparing detailed specifications, building use cases & scenarios, consolidating and upkeeping good documentation
- Manage technology platforms & vendors, and collaborate with internal and external teams to maximize efficiencies within the services delivery
- Leading the development and growth of alliances with technology vendor partners
- Working with cross-capability teams to bring operational view to consultative projects
- Participate in new business RFI or RFP requests when necessary
- Contribute to proper training and onboarding processes for new team members
- Contribute to thought leadership / intellectual capital through creation of case studies, vendor partner experience, program optimization, etc.
- Experienced in gathering requirements and building bespoke product and enterprise solutions
Qualifications
· A four-year degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in a direct marketing or software development environment with service delivery responsibility (preferably at a marketing agency)
· Knowledge of cross channel execution (email, SMS, direct mail) and best practices including data security requirements, CAN SPAM compliance, etc.
· Knowledge of the email marketing landscape, including Email Service Providers, Marketing Clouds, Marketing Automation platforms, and niche solutions providers
· Familiarity with CRM, direct marketing channels and marketing automation solutions
· Strong ability to instruct, coordinate and manage vendors in fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
· Demonstrated aptitude and interest in process management to create workflow and campaign execution efficiencies
· Detail oriented, organized, and a master multi-tasker
· Strong written and communication skills – you’re articulate and poised
· Excellent project management skills – you keep pace in a fast-moving environment
· Ability to work independently and with large cross departmental teams
Good to Have:
· Experience working with AEM, SFMC
· UX/UI framework experience
