Skills |
Mandate: · Past working experience as a Data Scientist in marketing Subject Area · Experience in cleansing and transforming data on Hadoop/Spark/MySQL, SQL based databases. · Strong knowledge of Data Science and Statistics · Strong Experience in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Text mining, NLTK, NLP, time series forecasting, Deep Learning and Computer vision · Hands on experience in ML/NLP/DL/NN · Strong working knowledge on Python, Spark ML, Pandas, Numpy, matplotlib, seaborn, sklearn, Grid Search Hyper parameter tuning, RandomForest, Decission trees, XGBoost, Ensemble methods, Bagging and Boosting methods ,Keras/ Tensorflow · Should have developed models on sentiment scoring, Churn, Recharge, Next best offer /Action, Customer Life time Value, RFM, Universal Control Groups, Geofencing Analytics, Product Cannibalisation Modelling. · Experience in delivering end to end data science project · Experience on SQL required · Experience on visualisation tools like QlikSense/D3.js · Excellent problem solving and analytical skills combined with a strong business and technical acumen · Understanding of Telco Domain with Model creation and deployment experience in Marketing Management subject area. · Ability to guide and mentor less experienced human resources · Collaborative team player · Excellent verbal and written communication and Presentation skills
Preferred · Should be certified on Data Science and Machine Learning certifications from Industry recognised bodies.

Roles and Responsibilities |
· Developing new Machine Learning models in Telecom Analytics · Creating predictive models using AI/ML/NN · Evaluate different algorithmic approaches to solve various machine learning and prediction use cases · Develop visualization solution on top of Data Science Results · Implement data pipeline process for data scientists to consume data in secure fashion · Deploy the analytics and predictive models in production environment · Monitor deployed models , maintain accuracy · Provide analytics based insights to help marketing team optimize marketing spends · Front ending with Customers on data science requirements and status reporting · Implement Customer projects and Internal Product Roadmap projects on Data Science.
