Responsibilities

• Lead or manage change within complex organizations, including the ability to develop change management strategies, identify & manage change risks & issues, and to operate/interact with project, program and business leaders
• Advise clients on aligning people strategies with business strategies, including providing solutions, mergers and restructurings, functional and sourcing transformations, and risk and technology programs
• Designing appropriate analysis for diagnostics and implementation, analyzing and interpreting ambiguous and complex information and relationships
• Lead and facilitate client workshops
• Assisting in financial administration of engagements such as budgets, billing, and collection
• Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses
• Involve in discussions and work closely with Project Manager in developing recommendations for presentation to client management
• Implement recommendations with project and client team members
• Advise clients on potential risk, and manage client expectations
• Manage the project teams including; Align, the client and the vendors throughout the project
• Gather documentation and build and develop a delivery plan for all the work streams

Experience required:

• Typically has 15+ years of experience in the design, engineering, and architecture of large-scale Data Center infrastructures.
• 6+ years of experience in IT Enterprise management (Oil and gas, Telco, Banking), Deployment, Systems Integration, or consulting role.
• Expertise with Data Center Strategy, Migration and Consolidation methodologies.
• Strong technical, organizational, and leadership skills for DR/HA technologies
• Expertise with Multicloud solutions.
• Experience in Professional Services/Consulting Delivery

Technical Qualifications

• Applied understanding of data center functions,(including basis Data Center Facilities knowledge) technologies and interdependencies:
• Qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems
• Certification and working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, COBIT, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Relevant vendor and industry certifications, e.g. Cisco, Microsoft, Oracle,
• PMP certification is desired
• IT BCP, ITIL and ITSM knowledge and certifications desired
• Basic Professional Certification such as Network, Security, Compute, Storage, Virtualization, application are desired
