What would be your primary responsibilities?

  • Your primary role would be to serve as the point of contact for SCIKEY’s online community and stakeholders.
  • You will be required to manage Social Media campaigns for various social media platforms to align with marketing strategies. 
  • Publish content in social media channels that meets the brand’s communication style.
  • Implement social media strategies to increase SCIKEY Crowdsourcing engagement & followers.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry and digital trends.
  • Responding to community inquiries & comments on Scikey platform & other social media channels in a timely manner.
  • Build & grow relationships with the online community.
  • Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation via social media channels to leadership.

Key Requirements for this role

  • You have prior experience within Community Management.
  • You are a people person and are able to empathize and build rapport with others easily.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships with and influence stakeholders.
  • You have event management skills and are able to handle several multiplies responsibilities in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • You are adept at managing social media.
  • You have excellent written & verbal communication skills and can generate impactful content.
  • You are organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables.
