In this role, you will:

Collaborate with our customers to effectively identify their needs and communicate considerate solutions through phone, email, live chat.
Provide support and guidance to our clients and prospective clients.
Work along internal stakeholders and product owners to identify opportunities for bettering client engagement and grow client portfolios’ key metrics.
You will be answering incoming inquiries from customers, educating them on our product offerings and supporting them on their client journeys - organizational skills will be critical.
You will regularly liaise with our internal teams to eliminate any frictions during the on-boarding process and to ensure that all applications are dealt with in line with the company’s processes.
Once you are familiarized with and understand our company’s sales and service processes and techniques, you will make outbound calls to initiate a dialogue with the customers.
You will keep accurate record of client communications you will regularly update CRM entries and record all your sales and service activities.
