Job Description

Business Analyst

Experience : 5 to 8 years

Qualification : B.Tech/B.E/MCA/CA/MBA in Finance

Job Location : Kolkata

Job Responsibilities:

Business Analyst activity

Client communication for understanding requirement
SME in Capital Market domain for both Sell Side / Buy Side entities
Requirement analysis, Business Requirement documentation & Presentation
Quality Control, Supporting UAT & Training

Pre-sales activity, to consolidate leads into project, which includes

Understanding the high level requirement & conceptualizing product fitment and do Product demonstrations,
High level requirements gathering & estimation,
Understanding and Responding to RFPs
Support Sales & Marketing through value reports and other marketing collateral

Technical / Functional Competencies:

Sound Knowledge of Capital Market Middle / Back office products & solutions.
Experience in either working with an investment bank, or Financial Technology company, as BA for related product development and enhancements

Desired Personal Traits:

Good analytical, problem solving skills, Excellent communications & presentation skills
Experience in team management is an added advantage.
