Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Above all, provide timely, well-qualified responses to RFPs and to other leads that come
- Evaluate leads for fit with company objective, product roadmap and feasibility
- Create strong solution narratives – from nimble early-stage ones, to fleshed-out final ones
- Be highly organized with the proposal management process - organizing, initiating, managing and tracking proposal-related activities
- Coordinate with contributors to the proposal to produce deliverables on time
- Create requirements documents, UML diagrams, wireframes or other artefacts for projects
- Ensure that the project delivery meets the finally agreed set of requirements
- Maintain an inventory of all documents in a neatly tagged and organized manner
- Maintain sheets for analysis of work, improvement areas and lessons learned, over time
- Have excellent writing and presentation skills – creating documents, and presenting them live
