Job Description
Position : BA Manager
Work Location : KL Sentral
SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTIONS
To plan, facilitate and manage user involvement in system development and solution.
To gather user requirements, define or design business processes using information systems and documenting it.
Defines, develops and implements quality assurance practices and procedures, end user test plans.
Project management.
Issue tracking and resolution on related projects and tasks under supervision.
Work with vendors and internal team to deliver projects and enhancements.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure that the user requirements are effectively and accurately communicate to the development team to achieve timely and quality delivery of IT solutions.
Ensures that all tests are conducted and documented according to the standards agreed upon by the business unit and IT.
Responsible for the overall success of testing, including results verification and release sign off.
Assist in the planning and implementation of project.
Assist in the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
Assist in developing full scale project plans.
Assist in tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools and to support the project team.
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
Assist in project evaluations, quality assurance and assessment of results.
To develop a sound knowledge of insurance and the effect of the requested changes.
To develop complete and accurate business models including process, data and organization.
Any other duties as and when deemed necessary.
