- You are an exceptional, dynamic presenter with excellent communication and influencing skills, specifically to top leaders & C-level leadership audience
- You possess credibility and passion for presentations and product demonstrations
- Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
- Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
- You have strong functional knowledge and experience gained through roles such as domain practitioner, HR Tech Pre-Sales, Sales Consultant, and/or have a background in HR Tech / Work Tech
- You thrive under pressure and can manage multiple, simultaneous engagements with different prospects
- You live by a set of values that align with our own (make sure you look them up). We are a value-based organization and we firmly believe that exceptionally successful sales professionals can also be great humans
- Tech savvy and a knack for digital marketing/ social media skills can be a big plus
- Proficiency with any of the APAC regional languages will be an advantage
In this role you will:
- Develop and expand portfolio of corporate clients
- Assess client workforce needs and make recommendations
- Effectively position SCIKEY’s products as the application of choice by understanding the competitive landscape and customer needs
- Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
- Prepare sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to prospects & clients
- Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic channel partners / demand generation partners
- Establish sales goals and implement a plan to meet those goals
- Gain familiarity with the HR Tech / Work Tech industry, and stay updated on trends and innovative products
